A Late Night Now Means Something Completely Different
I can’t get no sleep and so the famous dance classic song by Faithless goes on. Sleeping problems rob your body of health and vitality. Even if your not up all night at party central, but rather tossing and turning all night in bed because you can’t get over to sleep, your body and health deteriorate if this continues long term.
Even if you think you can handle not sleeping well and can manage to get up early for work, lack of sleep can cause you to become stressed and irritable quite quickly. Perhaps the ones to suffer most in this area are your family. People have tried everything to help them sleep from memory foam beds to relaxation cds.
If you can analyse the situation logically and write down what you do you may be able to work out a solution. You could be consuming too much caffeine, sugar or have a poor diet. You could be working and stressing too much. You could be going to bed too late or have too much of a sedentary lifestyle. It could be your bed, mattress, your room or posture. If a problem has set in over the years don’t get frustrated that it doesn’t alleviate straight away overnight. A lot of hard to break sleeping problems will not suddenly evaporate over night, just because you’ve identified the cause. Be patient, and think about it this way, you can’t sleep anyway, it’s been going on for a long time, so over the next few months i’ll aim to try and fix it.
